In 1999, Jose Pichardo and his wife moved to Henderson, Nevada where they almost immediately met Herbert Wadsworth. These are the people who are currently creating a name for themselves revitalizing the community. In February 2020, Lave Om, a new housing complex, is scheduled to open in an under-served community on an abandoned lot that has been vandalized several times and was overrun with needles when the cleanup process of the lot was underway.
