Henderson, NV, January 30, 2015: Design Builders, Ltd., a Henderson based full service general contracting company, recently completed a modernization remodel and expansion for Henderson Nevada’s Emerald Island Casino restaurant, known as the Emerald Island Grille. With the vision to better serve their customers by expanding the dining room, and remodeling the kitchen and existing dining room, Emerald Island Casino brought Design builders on board to assist in the successful completion of this project.
Based in Henderson, and serving the Las Vegas area for over 26 years, Design Builders was entrusted to complete the modernization and expansion of the Emerald Island Grille. This new dining area and kitchen modernization makes for an unparalleled dining experience in Downtown Henderson’s up and coming Water Street District. With the help of the team at Almany Architecture and Interior Designers Derrell Parker and Michele Youell, the ideas of the Emerald Island’s team came to life. Design Builders of Henderson is proud to bring those ideas from paper to reality.
As a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Randy Donald, owner of Design Builders, was elated to be selected by the Emerald Island Grille’s very own Tim Brooks to be a part of this wonderful project. From having a temporary wall in place to allow for full utilization of the existing dining room during renovations, to meeting deadlines to allow for the grand re-opening, everything came together and seemed to flow perfectly into completion.
